Role

• Frontend developer
• Bangalore-based (Sarjapur Road, near HSR)
  • In-person opportunity. Sparks of ideas, osmosis of knowledge, and exponential growth happen in person
• 4+ years of coding, 2+ years of startup experience
  • This is our approximation of benchmark development, shipping, and management skills. You can apply if you are ahead of the curve and have equivalent skills. Credible open-source contribution, side projects, hobby projects are counted as experience and a huge plus
• Infectious energy
• Very very very excited about startups
• We collaborate, don’t manage. Things don’t flow to you, they flow through us. It’s not done as long as the outcome is not achieved.
  • If you believe in input metrics - hours or “I did my job” then this role is not for you.

• Nowhere to hide - the team can literally fit in a car. You deliver or you get off. And we are very blunt about that
• There is no standard leave policy. You take it only if you really really need it. That can’t be more than twice a month unless you or your loved ones’ health is involved
• Work 6 days a week
• Exponential learning curve with never enough time, mentorship. You don’t traverse the learning curve, you don’t deliver the exponential result curve. There will always be a lag between the learning and the results.
